Every order is dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse within 1–2 working days and carries a tracking number, which we email you as soon as it is scanned. Shipping is free and tracked on every order — there is no minimum.

Duties and taxes
Most accessory orders are below the duty-free thresholds for Australia (A$1,000), New Zealand (NZ$1,000), Singapore (S$400) and Hong Kong. UK and EU orders may attract VAT on arrival depending on value; the carrier will contact you if a payment is due before delivery.
Returns
Faulty or incorrect items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund. Send us a photo of the issue and your order number and we will arrange it. Because every part is cut for a specific model, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened items — if you are unsure which model you have, message us before ordering and we will confirm the fit.
Fit guarantee
If a part does not fit the BYD you selected at checkout, we replace it or refund it. That is the whole policy.
