Fig. 01 — What it is
The three pieces that sort the BYD console: a two-tier armrest tray, a lower-console tray for the open shelf under the screen, and a pair of door-pocket bins. Each is moulded to its compartment so it never rattles or slides.
- Armrest tray Lifts out with one hand; top tier for coins, cards and keys, deep tier below for chargers and sunglasses.
- Lower console tray Turns the open shelf into a lined, sectioned space so phones and cables stop sliding around.
- Door-pocket bins Rubber-lined bins with a cup cut-out that stop bottles rattling.
- Soft-touch finish Flocked ABS and silicone, matching the cabin’s black trim.
